Shipping charges are based on quantity. A $3.00 surcharge is applicable for all residential destinations (such as home-based businesses).

The following amounts are ESTIMATED. Actual UPS shipping charges will be assessed at the time of shipment.

All orders placed by noon EST will be shipped the next business day via UPS.

Problem Orders

Defective Products

All of our foil balloons are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. This means split seams, defective valves or defects produced during the manufacturing process only. To receive credit for a defective product, mark the balloon where the defect is and return it to us. We will then issue a credit. Payment deductions are not allowed without authorization.
