1. How do I get balloons for 39 cents?
All of our single-sided balloons are now just 39¢! Remember, you won't find balloons for 39¢ anywhere else!

(Discount does not apply to 1-sided balloons. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.)

2. Is there a minimum order for products?
There is a minimum order of 5 per style for all foil balloons. A minimum total order of $50 applies. Your order WILL NOT be processed if these guidelines are not met.

3. What is a Quantity Discount?
Because we sell wholesale, we are able to offer you special discounts based on quantity. The more you order, the bigger the discount you receive!

All single-sided balloons are now 39¢. Discounts do not apply to 1-sided balloons. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. 4. How are Quantity Discounts applied?
When you are ready to check out, the total number of items ordered will be calculated. If you order 250-349 balloons, you will receive a 2¢ discount per balloon; order 350-499 and receive a 4¢ discount; order 500 or more and receive a huge 6¢ discount per balloon!

If you prefer not to place your order online you may FAX your order to (716) 354-9299. Please make sure to provide ALL information!

6. What is your payment policy?
All orders must be paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express before items are shipped.

7. What if I don't have a Reseller (Tax ID) Number?
39CentBalloon.com is a resource for RESELLERS ONLY. You must provide a Reseller (Tax ID) Number to order from this web site.

8. Is there a charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on quantity. A $4.00 surcharge is applicable for all residential destinations (such as home-based businesses). We DO NOT ship outside of the USA.

The following amounts are ESTIMATED. Actual UPS shipping charges will be assessed at the time of shipment.

9. When will my order ship?
All orders placed by noon EST will be shipped the next business day via UPS.

10. What if there is a problem with my shipment?
Any shortages or problems with your shipment must be reported within 3 business days. To report an error, contact us at (716) 354-9298 or Toll Free at (800) 506-0271. You may also email gwe@39centballoon.com.

11. What do I do if the product I receive is defective?
All of our foil balloons are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. This means split seams, defective valves or defects produced during the manufacturing process only. To receive credit for a defective product, mark the balloon where the defect is and return it to us. We will then issue a credit. Payment deductions are not allowed without authorization.
