How to Order
I am a balloon wholesaler in New York State and am required to have on file a Resale Certificate for all my customers. The order confirmation email will provide you with a link to print out the Resale Certificate form, or you can download it here. Fill out your information and fax it in to me. I will add my company information when you fax it back. I can not ship your order without this form. Please feel free to call with any questions, my fax number is 716-483-0967.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Shipping will be added at time of packaging, based on weight. We ship with UPS, so we can not ship to a P.O Box and residential addresses will have a higher shipping charge. If possible other shipping companies may be used if needed. You will get an email with the shipping charges and invoice total after the order has been packed. At that time your credit card will be charged.
