What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order on balloon quantities or dollar amount.
Is there a special for new customers?
All new customers get 10% off their first order. A discount coupon code will be e-mailed to you when you register.
What about shipping, is there any free shipping?
All orders over $100.00 will get a free gift with their order and all orders over $300.00 get free shipping.
Do you have catalogs?
Catalogs are very expensive to produce, so we only rely on our website for customers to view our inventory.
Do you have a substitution policy?
I will usually sub an "out of stock" with a similar item, unless the item is backordered, I will call the customer and see if they want to sub the item or wait for the backorder.
Are you open on Holidays?
We are closed on Holidays and on weekends.
Do you do special orders?
We can order special printing on latex and mylars. Please call for more information.
What if I don't see what I am looking for?
We would be glad to try to find what ever it is you may be looking for. Just call or email us and we will be happy to look for what ever you need.
Returns?
If you have any issues with your order, just call and I will try to send new items or possibly hold a credit for your next order.
